The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines performs many numbers like this one. I don't suppose (for logistical reasons) that these gentlemen will ever go on tour, but I encourage you to check s'more of their videos.

Wow, now that is an interesting concept! At first I wondered if that woman was "really" a woman or an inmate dressed as a woman...
I always thought that Phillipino men look like women anyway. I'm waiting for these guys to win "Best Week Ever" or something.
I had the same thought as Stinkypaw in regards to whether that was a man or woman, but decided it was a man. Of course that makes the video even better.
