Theatre Backdrops for "THE PRODUCERS"

Well... it's theatre season, and that means once again the local community college needs some backdrops for their next production. Painting begins this weekend and sketching begins tomorrow (sketching on a grand scale that is). The designs are done at this point. There's something vaguely Chuck Jones-esque about these. They are a little cartoony and I think that works for a show like Mel Brooks's "The Producers."

These designs are based VERY closely on the original Broadway production from the St. James.

There's a few more drops, but these are the main ones used throughout the show. This is gonna be a fun one. Stayed tuned for updates...

Your Producers backdrops are great! Do you rent them? Our community theater is doing a production this June

Just like TRF BOB -- I'm curious if you rent the backdrops. I'm looking to rent one of them for a high school production of The Producers in April.
