About Me
- Name: Mr. Social
- Location: Jamestown, New York, United States
I like to draw. When you are growing up, everyone always asks you what you would like to be when you grow up. The answer for me was always, "An Artist." Well, that's just great until you find out there a literally hundreds if not thousands of different types of artists. That's why today I like to say, "I just like to draw."

Best present? It is a tie between "My Friend Mandy" doll and "Barbie Super Star Stage Show." I'm sure there are others but those are the only two coming to mind...
Worst? Probably some piece of polyester clothing from Grandma & Grandpa that I would never actually wear (but was forced to wear *by mom* when visiting their house).
I recall being redonkulously excited over the fact that I got that White House book that Hillary Clinton wrote. I knew it was unavailable at the local bookstores, but Makkaio pulled a mission impossible and got the sales clerk at Waldenbooks to sell him her reserved copy. Super surprised.
My worst "gift" would be my grandfather dying two days before Christmas. He had Alzheimer's so he no longer knew anyone and was under 24-hour care. There was a little bit of happiness that he was out of that misery, but it still sucked.
Favorite gift-giving moment was watching my parents open the "Grind & Brew" coffee machine. Best gadget ever.
i think the worst gifts both that i've given and rec'vd is gift cards. fine for a grab bag or whatever but when someone close to you gives you one, it just says to me "i didn't try"
i've gotten some great gifts. my two story barbie doll house with elevator stands out. the record player with attached microphone was great (until my brother tied me up with the microphone cord and forced me to break my own toy in order to escape).
The gift card thing is funny because my fiancee would rather have cards than the gifts most people come up with.
My best gift? Milennium Falcon in 1980 or so. I've had other great gifts since then, but that childhood joy can't be matched.
Worst...some sort of out-of-style clothing picked by relatives. They mean well so you need to keep it, but it's nothing that can ever be worn.
