Think About It.

There is a natural propensity for many of us to live too close to our lives. Take a giant mental step back today and see what is most important. More importantly, decide what is least important. What is most tiresome? What is an unending drain of emotion? What is not worth your effort anymore? Figure that out, and take appropriate actions.

Once you take out the trash... you will be surprised at how much time and energy you can devote to those things which are of REAL importance to you.

Be you.

I love that first sentence. In addition to stepping back from the whirlwind, I think it would be beneficial for most people to take time to "unplug." I'd hate to see the tally of time I spend near a computer, iPod, or other digital device. I know my personal time could be spent doing something more meaningful than filling out the latest myspace survey circulating the bulletins.
